Welcome to the Happiness Retreat. Are you ready to open your mind and your heart to new experiences, once in a lifetime adventures, mindful practice, self-development opportunities and an overwhelming sense of wellbeing and positivity?

We are proud to announce our first dedicated WeSUP wellness retreat in Montenegro, in partnership with happiness experts The Palm Tree Club.  Our exclusive, thoughtfully designed itinerary will leave you rejuvenated, invigorated and ready to see the world with fresh eyes.

Long lasting happiness can be achieved by changing how you spend your time and your outlook on life. Research suggests that having the motivation and commitment to improving your health and wellbeing as well as making a consistent effort, are essential in achieving your goal of being happier.  The retreat itineraries draw on all these elements of positive psychology, providing a well rounded holistic approach to a healthier mind and body. 

Stand Up Paddle Boarding through breathtaking locations gives you access to the meditative and mindful effects of being on the water. Whilst the yoga and movement therapy helps with restoration and relaxation of the mind and body. Alongside the physical, we provide a variety of self-development workshops and creative networking sessions at our 7 bedroom villa overlooking the bay of Tivat. Not forgetting an array of locally sourced vegetarian and nutrient-rich dishes and smoothies prepared by our in house private chef. All guests receive a personal goals booklet where we hope to establish achievable targets for each individual.  We consciously work through and evaluate this booklet during the week.

This experience is open to beginners and intermediate paddlers as the itineraries are flexible and customisable. The location is perfect for beginner paddlers and provides excellent opportunities for the more experienced to develop their skills.   • relaxation

Each day we will practice sunrise stretch classes and evening yoga to help relax our bodies from the paddling. Throughout the weekend there will be workshops in relaxation and stress management techniques, mindful paddling and self-care.



The weekend is fully supported by our experienced English Wellness coach and SUP instructor, Charlotte. She is on hand from the minute you board the plane and leads an interesting and varied itinerary that is tailored to your individual’s needs. She stays on site and works as your guide and retreat manager. 



Experience a SUP tour to Port Montenegro, a Kotor Hike ascending from the mountains into the town to  explore the historic walled fort , evening paddles and a paddle to Yaaas Beach

  • food

We have the pleasure of working in collaboration with the infamous street food company ‘atta.’ Aatta is run by head chef Brad is an Indian thali street food experience taking inspiration from the tropical regions of Kerela.  Aatta. packs each thali with natural antioxidants, vitamins & anti-inflammatory’s, by using fresh vegetables, spices and herbs. 

Brad will be creating a varied and nutritional menu taking inspiration from his street food style to provide guests with dynamic and flavoursome dishes each day.

  • the villa

Our beautiful villa overlooks the town of Tivat and is a short distance from the bay. The 14 bed artists residence is styled with contemporary art from all of the world and has an urban traditional style. The open plan dining and communal space is excellent for networking and sharing stories. The top balcony is perfect for sunrise and evening yoga, with great sunset views and the  garden gazebo provides a place to chill and reflect on the day. 


What an amazing experience. We paddled some beautiful bays and lakes taking in the most incredible scenery. I met some really lovely people on the trip and came back feeling rejuvenated and revitalised.

I loved the morning and evening yoga, such a great start and finish to each day. I really felt I developed as a paddler during the stay as the instructors were on hand to give me advice and tips. being on the water was so relaxing and I felt all the daily stresses and worries disappear by the end of the trip.

It was a great escape from everyday life. I managed to relax and not worry about work. The daily paddles really improved my overall fitness and endurance levels and I met some great people.
